CBS sets season finale dates for NCIS, Bull, SEAL Team, and more
Off the back of teen network The CW setting April and May season finale dates, CBS has now done the same. When will your favorite shows wrap for the 2017-2018 season?
Last week, The CW set its dates for season finales for most of its shows. Now it’s CBS’ turn. All shows wrapping in April and May now have official end dates, helping us work out the need for any more breaks. Many of the dates fit with expectations based on previous seasons.
The NCIS, Bull, SEAL Team and more all now have end dates for the 2017-2018 season. Some will be going out with special 2-hour finales, so you’ll want to make a note of all the times and dates.

The 2-hour finale of Criminal Minds will mean that SEAL Team takes a break that week, which makes sense for the number of episodes left. There will likely be at least a 1-week break of NCIS coming up for the season finale date.
It’s interesting that so many shows have 2-hour season finales. That hasn’t been the case for a few years, so expect some intense and high-profile episodes, especially for the likes of Criminal Minds and the two NCIS spin-offs.

Renewals and cancellations of shows shouldn’t be too far behind these finale dates. We’ll likely start to hear something at the start of next month. There are already a few expectations of renewals, such as NCIS and Bull. The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon are already confirmed as renewed for another year each, which wasn’t that surprising considering the high ratings TBBT continues to get and Young Sheldon received right away. SEAL Team and S.W.A.T. are two other shows expected to get a renewal.
Unfortunately, the dates don’t give us an idea of when or if some of the shows will make it to Netflix.
