Sabrina’s high school graduation day has finally arrived and everyone is so excited to see her go. But is it too soon for the celebrations to commence? Here’s what happened this week on The Mick.

More from FOX

Mickey and the gang vocalize their excitement over Sabrina’s graduation knowing she’ll be out of their hair soon no The Mick. Later that night at a dinner in her honor, Mickey gives a speech to really make it clear how happy she is Sabrina will be gone soon, comparing it to “the death of tyranny.” Under pressure, Sabrina reveals she didn’t actually get into Yale, and storms out of the restaurant.

Taking matters into their own hands, Alba and Mickey head over to campus to force the dean of admissions to reconsider the matter. While Alba distracts the dean’s next appointment, Mickey decides to create a diversion that’ll put her face to face with the dean.

Back home, Chip is throwing an end of the year party in an attempt to cement his “cool kid” status. While there, it has become quite obvious that Farble, the girl who was crowned princess of the formal to Chip’s prince, is very interested in him, but not in a romantic way. With the support of Jimmy, Chip and Farble decide to experiment a little, just between the two of them.

Realizing she can’t fool them forever, Alba ditches the dean’s next appointment. While cruising around campus she comes upon a class of ’98 reunion, grabs a name tag, and joins the party.

While looking for an empty room to mess around with Farble in, Chip comes across his crush, Madison, crying over another boy. Taking the opportunity to get close, he comforts her, promising to “turn that frown upside down.”

Mickey, taking advantage of the fact Alba is distracting the dean’s current appointment, tries one more time to get squeezed into her schedule. After the secretary refuses to let her in without an appointment, Mickey connivingly lights her on fire, allowing a clear passage right to the dean. While there, she finds out Sabrina did indeed get into Yale.

Back at the party, Chip runs into Farble while getting another drink and inquires about where he’s been. Meanwhile, Nico, Madison’s ex, shows up and the two start arguing in front of everyone. After more wise words from Jimmy, Chip decides to pick a fight with Nico, in the hopes that he’ll win Madison’s heart. But at the start of the fight Farble tackles Nico to defend Chip, accidentally messing things up with Madison.

To make a point to Sabrina, Mickey takes her to a local bar to show her the samurai sword she bought, and subsequently gave to the bar to settle a tab, after her mom skipped town. Revealing that she should’ve taken a chance and done something good for herself with that money, Mickey encourages Sabrina to do something that might scare her, like going to Yale. Sabrina, in turn, challenges Mickey to steal back the sword if she’s so brave. After another “hot foot” scheme, Mickey inadvertently sets the bar on fire, burns her hand, and cuts the tip off Sabrina’s ear in the process of getting the sword back in her possession.

At the class reunion, Alba meets a meek alumni who feels like it was a mistake coming back to campus. After getting him to take shots with her, they start hitting it off. While stumbling around, it begins to storm and they take shelter in a chemistry lab. There, things start getting hot and heavy between them.

In the parking lot, Sabrina decides to give Yale a shot, at least for a semester. Mickey, proud of her bravery, bequeaths the samurai sword to her. Refusing to accept, Mickey is upset Sabrina is afraid of becoming “the weird sword girl” at Yale. After it starts storming and Mickey, refusing to unlock the car, Sabrina accepts on the condition she swing it around for a little to gain some confidence. After some yelling and a few good swings, lightning strikes the blade, electrocuting her.

The next morning, Alba leaves her one night stand with a kiss, saying she’ll see him at the next reunion. Mickey and the gang are standing over Sabrina at the hospital where she is in critical condition and lucky to be alive. After hearing the news that the doctor has no idea how or if she’ll ever fully recover, they come to the realization they might be stuck with her after all.
