SEAL Team Season 1, Episode 18 preview: Credible Threat

What happens when a credible threat is made against politicians in SEAL Team? Bravo Team is called out to protect.

There’s nothing more important than a political tour in Jalalabad in the latest episode of SEAL Team Season 1, titled “Credit Threat.” The problem is the three politicians on the tour are being targeted and they’re not willing to call off the tour. That means Bravo Team are called on protective duty.

Of course, it can never be that easy! Jason and co. will find themselves in open territory, making them potential targets too. After all, they’re now on the police chief’s radar as potential threats for him. He will want to get rid of them and what better way than from those targeting the politicians?

On top of this, it looks like this delegation will take them away from the focus of finding the man responsible for Echo Team’s deaths. That’s the one thing Jason wants (and needs) to do. Maybe Mandy will remain on that mission, with journalist Paul by her side. There’s the possibility that he’ll go hunting for the Westerner who wanted the same information he did. Right now he assumes journalist but could it be connected to someone else on the base?

Things with Amy have started taking a twist. Jason learned that Stephen Porter was possibly connected to some mining, which is why Amy had his drill. This could have been the real reason for Echo Team’s deaths. Is Amy somehow connected to all that?

There are only a handful of episodes left until the finale. We may just see this whole storyline get dragged to the very end, maybe with another red herring clarified to continue the sear.
