A Quiet Place

Where to watch: A Quiet Place is still playing in theaters.

Synopsis: A Quiet Place follows a small family who communicate with each other using sign language. Their surroundings appear post-apocalyptic and we quickly learn a tragedy took place not too long ago (we meet the family on day 89 after the attacks). Strange creatures have taken over the entire world. All the family, or anyone, really, know about them is that they’re fast, they’re ruthless, and they’ll find you — IF you make a sound!”

Why you should watch: Critics and audiences LOVE it, chances are, you will too! Additionally, maybe you need something quiet to escape the Avengers: Infinity War noise.

More from Entertainment

Synopsis from Rotten Tomatoes: “Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry mutates this gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered animals. As these newly created alpha predators tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.”

Why you should watch: Rampage may have 51% on Rotten Tomatoes, but did you notice the 81% from fans? Critics aren’t always right. If you love Dwayne Johnson, you’ll probably enjoy this movie, too.
