On Saturday, May 19 is the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Where you can you watch the royal wedding, what time does the broadcast start and what is the schedule?

The British royals tend to have midday weddings, which means North Americans will need to be up at 4 a.m. ET, with fascinators on, sipping cups of Earl Grey tea, and gnoshing on scones and elderflower and lemon cake, as they enjoy the decadent spectacle. This time it’s a weekend and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will wed in St. George’s Chapel, Windsor in front of 600 close, personal friends and family. Millions, possibly billions of people will be watching the nuptials on television or streaming online.

Good Morning America

Robin Roberts and David Muir are reporting live from across the pond for a five-hour broadcast starting at 5 a.m. ET. On the west coast? ABC will add an extra hour after the wedding.

For those royal superfans who want more than five hours of coverage, ABC is airing bonus special with an hour-long 20/20 broadcast on both Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. ET.

CBS This Morning

Morning host Gayle King and Kevin Frazier from Entertainment Tonight are teaming up for the CBS broadcast. Their live coverage directly from Windsor Castle starting at 4 a.m. ET.

For those who didn’t get enough of Harry and Meghan’s wedding, or perhaps overslept their alarm can also look forward to the two-hour CBS broadcast of Royal Romance: The Marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle . This Saturday evening special will review the entire day’s events.

Today Show

The NBC morning show’s dynamic duo of Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb, will be joined by an all-female cast including Kathie Lee Gifford and Megyn Kelly. The program begins at 4:30 a.m. ET from Windsor. Watch to see if Kathie Lee and Hoda will slip a little wine into their teacups.

CNN

Anderson Cooper, Don Lemon and Alisyn Camerota are the hosting trio that will navigate and entertain royal wedding watchers. The CNN collection of experts is extensive, including Meghan Markle’s Northwestern University theatre professor, Harvey Young. Their broadcast begins at 4 a.m. ET, and the rebroadcast at 8 p.m. Saturday night.

HBO

For those who want a humorous take on the royal wedding, then watch The Royal Wedding Live With Cord and Tish! . Starring Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon, as “broadcast legends” Cord and Tish, the HBO broadcast begins at 7:30 a.m. ET. The rebroadcast is on Saturday at 9:45 p.m. ET.

BBC and PBS

For those who want their broadcast all British, the BBC will be broadcasting the entire event on BBC America and on PBS. The Live broadcast will begin at 4 a.m. ET. There is bound to be a score of royal experts who have loads of insights into the royal family, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Yahoo!

Yahoo! will be streaming from Windsor between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. ET, hosted by Kate Thornton. The live show will include a cornucopia of royal commentators including famed royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams and stylist Grace Woodward, who will give all the info on the bridal gown and attire. Social media influencer Christian Howes will round out the trio of experts.
