Supernatural Season 14 spoilers: Crew call time gives us a hint of things to come
Jason Fischer released his latest Supernatural Season 14 QOTD board yesterday. The crew call time was an interesting insight of the things to expect in the premiere episode.
Supernatural Season 14 filming is non-stop. While the perks of acting may be the money when on a job, it does mean long and sometimes unsociable hours. With a show like ours, that really isn’t that shocking. The scariest things happen at night. That’s when the ghouls and monsters come out to play.
Well, it looks like the cast and crew have had their first night shoot. Jason Fischer shared another QOTD board yesterday, which highlights the scenes being filmed and the time the crew is needed. The crew call was set for 6 p.m. PT, suggesting a night shoot. If that wasn’t enough, Fischer even shared “it’s a late one” in the Day 4 post.
There are five scenes being filmed for the Supernatural Season 14 premiere during the night. While they’re written down in order of being shot, suggesting some need dusk and others need the middle of the night, the chronological order is: 8, 9, 13, 28pt 2, and 29pt 1.

I’m not sure exactly how many scenes are in each episode, but I’d hazard a guess that the middle and end of the episode will have some night/evening shots. Is this when we’ll see Sam face off against Michael!Dean for the first time? Will we see Team Free Will 2.0 join together minus Dean in an attempt to save the elder Winchester brother?
What is also interesting is the quote. There are mentions of storms and waiting for them–or not waiting for them! This could be a hint of what to expect in the Supernatural Season 14 episode. Remember the time Bobby told the Winchesters a storm was coming? Well, another storm is here. There’s no point in Team Free Will 2.0 just sitting around and waiting for the storm that is Michael!Dean come to them, is there?
