The Giving Back Tour Indianapolis and Cleveland accepting on-site Creative Quest submissions
Last week, Creation Ent changed the deadline for the Creative Quest. Now you can enter submissions for the Creative Quest at both The Giving Back Tour Indianapolis and Cleveland on-site.
If you haven’t got your submissions in for the Creative Quest at The Giving Back Tour Indianapolis or Cleveland, there’s no need to panic. Creation Ent has now decided to open submissions to being on-site at the conventions without any pre-approval.
This follows the submission day for SPNIndy changing. Originally, the submissions were supposed to be in 30 days before the convention date, then the Indianapolis submission date was moved to Sept. 6. Now it’s running all the way up to the Sunday of the convention.

You’ll still need to follow the other rules for the competition. There are themes involved (Cars for Indianapolis and Rock & Roll for Cleveland) and you still can’t do live performances or video creations. If you’re doing something with music, it needs to be an original song. You can check out all the rules for the Creation Ent Creative Quest at the official site.
There are deadlines. You’ll need to get your submissions in on-site by noon on Sept. 23 for The Giving Back Tour Indianapolis and by noon on Oct. 14 for The Giving Back Tour Cleveland. However, you can submit in person as early as the pre-registration on the Thursday and you can still enter via email if you’d prefer (just remember to take it with you on the day!)
Winners are announced at 3 p.m. on the Sunday of each convention.
It’s not clear why Creation Ent has changed the submission dates. It could be that there hasn’t been enough interest or fans just want more time to work on their submissions. Now fans have until the date of the conventions to think of something instead of deciding a month in advance if they want to take part.
Are you taking part in the Creation Ent Creative Quest? Will you submit on-site at either of the conventions? Do you already have your submission in via email? Share in the comments below.
The Giving Back Tour is Sept. 21-23 in Indianapolis and Oct. 12-14 in Cleveland.
