Dick Wolf’s new series certainly gave us intensity and heart and that’s set to continue this week. FBI Episode 2 is here and there’s a warning not to touch the food. Here’s what to expect and how to watch it live.

When eight people die from poisoning at a New York City deli, the FBI is called in to figure out the cause. If this sounds familiar, mass poisoning storylines have been done in the likes of NCIS and Criminal Minds, but that isn’t going to take you away from the intensity of this week’s episode.

Missy Peregrym’s Maggie Bell needs to figure out who the culprit is and why it’s happening. When the culprit is found on CCTV, it’s a race to figure out why she would do something like this. After all, it’s not the type of person the team was expecting.

And it’s not just going to be one person on a crazy mission to kill unsuspecting people. There’s a bigger terrorist group who may have coerced the culprit to take up their mission or she’s one of their believers.

FBI has received mix reviews to far. However, if you love NCIS and other procedurals, this is definitely one to check out. Episode 2 is the first episode with CSI: NY star Sela Ward taking over from Connie Nelson, in a new role for the series. Nelson left the series after the pilot was picked up to series leading to the recast. It will be interesting to see how Ward’s character fits in.
