In the season 2 premiere of Dynasty, the Carringtons struggle to shake off the fire’s aftermath as the real Cristal arrives and Fallon repairs the family legacy.
Last season, the Dynasty reboot honored the legacy of the original 1980s phenomenon and totally ran with it. Over 22 episodes of non-stop soap opera drama, the first season incurred so many twists that viewers more than likely suffered from a mild case of whiplash. But don’t think the second season will slow down a bit. The season 2 premiere picks up in the aftermath of the finale’s shocking gunfire, unfriendly fire, and actual fire.
When we last left the Carringtons in the heart-pounding season 1 finale, Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) was named the new CEO of Carrington-Atlantic as Steven (James Mackay) and Sammy Jo (Rafael de la Fuentes) got married and Alexis (Nicollette Sheridan) fought with Cristal (Nathalie Kelly). However, that shocking fire will change everything. The Dynasty season 2 premiere finds the Carringtons attempting to bounce back and save their reputation, an undertaking that lies solely on Fallon.
