Alpha is now available on Digital, Blu-ray and DVD. Here’s why it’s the movie you want to watch this Thanksgiving break.

The critically acclaimed movie, Alpha, collected over $80 million worldwide on limited release and scoring a Fresh Score of 81% on Rotten Tomatoes. If you missed the film in theaters, you really missed something special. No worries, though, you can rent or buy it to see what everyone is talking about.

Alpha gives a spin to the usual “man’s best friend” tale, proving you really can teach a dog new tricks. The movie is now available on Digital and Blu-ray/DVD.

Synopsis: The story, set in the last ice age, follows Keda (Kodi Smit-McPhee) on his first hunt with his tribe. After an injury leave Keda unconscious, he is presumed dead. Left to survive on his own in the wilderness, Keda is determined to journey back home.

Much like Keda, a wolf is abandoned by its pack. The duo learn to look after one another and become unlikely allies, giving birth to the origin of man’s best friend.

Alpha is a movie anyone can follow. It’s not complicated and is simply told. However, this doesn’t mean it isn’t interesting. On the contrary, Alpha is beautifully crafted and features incredible performances.

Alpha has strong family and friendship themes, perfect for all the Thanksgiving feels that will surely go around the dinner table this holiday. The movie definitely beats the holiday-movie norm and will be loved by everyone.
