SEAL Team: Clay and Stella are most likely doomed with Alona Tal’s new role

Clay and Stella are looking to be unfixable as the SEAL Team actress, Alona Tal, has a new role in the ABC’s NYPD Blue pilot.
If you have been a big fan of Clay and Stella’s relationship throughout SEAL Team, bad news could be heading your way. Alona Tal, who plays Stella in the CBS series has landed a new role in ABC’s NYPD Blue reboot pilot, casting fresh doubt on if their relationship can be fixed.
Currently, the two are no longer together on SEAL Team with Stella splitting up with Clay prior to his deployment to Mexico in search of the cartel boss Andres Doza. Fans have been hoping that the two might be able to work things out with each other, something that was incredibly doubtful due to the reason of the split being the danger that Clay puts himself in with every mission.

With the recent announcement via Deadline of Alona Tal appearing in the reboot of NYPD Blue, it looks incredibly doubtful that this will happen. It’s great news for Tal obviously, she has been cast as the female lead of the pilot, as Detective Nicole Lazarus, but for fans of SEAL Team, specifically Clay and Stella fans, it’s a bummer.
The NYPD Blue reboot is still in the pilot stage. Things are not 100% set in stone just yet. So we will need to see how things play out. But right now, don’t expect to see a happy ending on the horizon for the two.

Expect a mutual agreement of the pair as they both go their separate ways. With Stella ultimately moving away and therefore exiting from the show, and Clay moving on and continuing his work with the team.
