In Season 13, Supernatural brought the Apocalypse World people into our world. They have taken up residence in the bunker this season. Is it time for them to leave?

Last season, Supernatural brought all the refugees in the Apocalypse World over to our world. Now they all live in the bunker and work together with Sam and Dean, and they’ve created this huge network of hunters.

Seeing a team of hunters is nice, and it’s good to take some of the burdens off of Sam and Dean. However, the bunker is very crowded, and it’s time for these displaced people to find their own homes.

When Dean returned to the bunker after being possessed with Michael, he was not thrilled to see his home filled with so many people. And you know what? I agree with you, Dean. The bunker used to be a good escape; The Winchester’s first real home.

And now? Now it’s full of strangers, I can see why Dean is not liking it.

When they brought the Apocalypse people over, I was pretty sure they were just going to disappear into the ether, go live their lives. However, they have just stuck around. And it’s getting a little annoying.

Sam has found his purpose commanding this fleet of hunters. That’s great. It’s a good thing for Sam to take on this leadership role. But why do the hunters need to live in the bunker? Charlie doesn’t live in the bunker, and Mary and Bobby just left to go live somewhere else. There’s no reason why Sam and Dean need to house all of these people.

Now, I’m not saying the bunker should just be Sam and Dean. Castiel can stay, Jack can stay. And maybe Charlie. However, everyone else can find their own housing, or live on the road like Sam and Dean used to.

The bunker is too crowded, and even Dean is noticing. It’s time for these Apocalypse World people to strike up on their own and make lives on their own. Sam can still train them, but they just can’t live in the bunker anymore.
