Creation Ent adds The Giving Back Tour to 2019 Supernatural conventions
While there may be fewer Supernatural conventions in 2019 than in 2018, The Giving Back Tour is coming back. Creation Ent has added one event so far to its list of conventions.
Creation Ent is hosting fewer Supernatural conventions in 2019 than in previous years. There are all sorts of reasons this could be for, but I think Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki wanting to spend more time with their families is a key part of it. The good news for those who loved the Misha Collins-headlined conventions is that The Giving Back Tour has been added to the list of 2019 conventions.
You’ll have to wait until October for it and there are very few details about it just yet, but there is at least one Giving Back Tour on the 2019 convention list.

It’s in Burbank, California this year, with Misha Collins the only confirmed guest at this point. This is an extremely new addition to the 2019 calendar, as it wasn’t included in the list of Supernatural conventions when I put together the full list of official cons for the year. I even specifically mentioned that there were no Giving Back Tours for the year.
Tickets for the event aren’t open to buy just yet. This is a sign of how new it is and that the event organizers are still putting the beginning touches together.
The Giving Back Tour was added to the Creation Ent conventions in 2018, with two being held towards the end of the year. They were immediately popular with fans of Collins (and his character) and were the first not to feature Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki at all.
