Broad City continues its fifth and final season tonight on Comedy Central.
Last week, Ilana (Ilana Glazer) and Abbi (Abbi Jacobson) took us on a trip through Manhattan for Abbi’s 30th birthday celebrations. The journey included laughs and realizations about getting older, what misadventures will the duo get into tonight?
Season 5, Episode 2, is titled “SheWork and S… Bucket,” and the synopsis from Comedy Central is: Ilana never misses out on a moneymaking opportunity, she’s always hustling and coming up with unique ideas. Her latest business move? An outdoor workspace for New York City smokers (which there are a ton of). We’re as curious as you are to see how this will turn out!
Meanwhile, shy and gentle Abbi stands up to her landlord after he refuses to fix the plumbing at her apartment. You can do it, Abbi! One wish we have for Abbi this season is to see her become more confident and a successful artist before the series ends.
