Tricia Helfer gets a fang-tastic role in Van Helsing Season 4
We’ve seen her as a ghost in Supernatural and she’s played Lucifer’s mother in Lucifer, but now it’s time to see her take on a fang-tastic role. Tricia Helfer is confirmed for Van Helsing Season 4.
As if Van Helsing wasn’t Supernatural enough, it’s about to add another show guest star to its series. Tricia Helfer has been confirmed for a major villainous role in Van Helsing Season 4.
We’ll see her take on the role of Dracula. Considering Van Helsing is a female, is it really that surprising that we’ll see a female take on another major player in the mythology? It’s certainly taken time to bring Dracula to the series, but we’re not complaining. It’s just going to be interesting to see the sort of twist that the show brings to make this infamous vampire a woman.

Deadline reported the addition, with The 100’s Richard Harmon, Defiance’s Nicole Munoz, Jigsaw’s Keeya King, and the WWE’s Big Show taking on various undisclosed roles. Van Helsing Season 4 is slated for a fall release on SYFY.

Helfer isn’t the only Supernatural guest star on this series. Christopher Heyerdahl, Rukiya Bernard, and Aleks Paunovic had all had roles throughout the first three seasons and are all slated to return for the fourth.
Helfer joins the cast off the back of her role in Lucifer for two seasons when it was on FOX. She played God’s wife and Lucifer’s mother.
