The Boys: Amazon releases an inside look at Eric Kripke’s latest series
Looking forward to seeing Eric Kripke’s latest series? The Boys is out on Amazon Prime Video later this month, and here’s another look at the TV show.
Eric Kripke is bringing a new show to the world of TV. As a Supernatural fan, I can tell you that you’ll adore The Boys. However, this isn’t about why you should watch it. Not yet! This is all about the new inside look Amazon has shared.
In the form of a video, Amazon Prime wants you to see more about this upcoming comic book adaptation. If you’ve read the comics then you’ll certainly want to give this series a chance. There are some changes but all for the better, as we delve deeper into the world of The Seven and The Boys.

Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are two EPs on the series with Kripke. They’ve helped build this world with him, and it’s Rogen who shares more about what to expect in this show.
The world knows all about superheroes. In fact, they’re privately run by a company called Vought. The problem is the superheroes know they’re special. Many are invincible and that means they’re God-like and superficial. They don’t care about the people they’re trying to save, only about their fans’ appreciations and love.
So, what do you do when superheroes start to get out of control? You form a vigilante group, don’t you? Well, that’s what The Boys brings. It’s time to knock the superheroes down a peg or two.
I’ll admit that I’ve been suffering superhero fatigue. There are just too many movies and shows out there now. However, this series is one you need to check out. It’s different, it’s fresh, and it’s fun. There’s certainly Kripke’s style, making it perfect for Supernatural and Timeless fans.
