Bravo Team is going to get one of its hardest missions yet. The team will head into a hostage situation, but it’s not your usual situation. SEAL Team Season 3, Episode 4 puts them on a ship.
See, told you it wasn’t usual! This sort of situation is going to take a lot of practice. But when the team starts to fail the practice, the tensions are going to start running high. Will they be able to get it all together in time to save the hostages or is this a mission they’re going to fail?

Meanwhile, it looks like it’s time to bring on a new candidate. Jason is going to have to decide who to bring onto the team. Of course, the question is where this candidate will fit into the team.

Could this be a hint that Ray will get a chance to go for Warrant Officer and find himself off the team? It would certainly make sense in terms of career progression. If this was anything other than a TV show, I’d say that Ray would be moving up the ranks, but as he’s a series regular, it would seem odd to have him move on. With Davis moving up, SEAL Team has set the precedent to do something like this and find a way to keep the SEALs part of the team.
