Supernatural Season 15, Episode 3 delivered a heartbreaking episode. It also brought in a season-high for the audience so far, with the demo holding steady.
It’s time to look back at the ratings for Supernatural Season 15, Episode 3. Sure, the Live + Same Day ratings mean nothing in terms of renewal, but we still want the show to end on a high note, right?
Titled “The Rupture,” there were plenty of ruptures happening all around. The Winchesters are losing friends but gaining more enemies. So, how did the ratings fare?

According to TV Series Finale, the Live + Same Day ratings were up in the total audience. In fact, they were at a season-high point so far. Okay, so we’re three episodes in, but the metrics are heading in the right direction. The total audience saw a 7% increase to 1.239 million viewers.
As for the demo, that remained steady at 0.32. We certainly can’t complain at this. While it looks low compared to the likes of EVIL on CBS and Prodigal Son on FOX, it’s a good demo rating for The CW.
When looking at all CW shows, SPN remains in third place in both the demo and total audience. The only two shows ahead of it are The Flash (routinely the top show on the network for the last few years) and Batwoman (not all that surprising considering the hype and great storytelling.
This is all great news for the Winchesters as we close out the season. Let’s see how the first Winchester-focused, monster-of-the-week episode fares after its week off for Halloween.
