It was a night of winter finales on CBS, while most networks opted for specials or reruns. Here’s a look at the Monday TV ratings for Dec. 16.

Christmas is almost here, which means TV shows are starting to go on their breaks. While some of the fall finales happened at the start of the month, some shows still have episodes this week. How did those new episodes do in the Monday TV ratings for Dec. 16?

It shouldn’t be that surprising to hear that the majority of shows with new episodes staw ticks up. CBS had a full night of winter finales, starting with The Neighborhood and ending with Bull. Every single show was up in both the demo and the audience.

The most notable mentions have to be All Rise‘s 27% increase in the demo (the highest demo increase of the night) and Bull‘s 7% increase in the total audience. With the two shows up against specials and reruns for the most part, they were the best performers in their timeslots.

The Neighborhood was the best scripted series of the night in both the demo and total audience, pulling in 6.56 million and a 0.9 rating. Bob Hearts Abishola wasn’t too far behind.

What about the other networks? Naturally, The Voice won the night with a 1.3 demo (up 12%) and 9.07 million viewers (up 10%).

The Great Christmas Light Fight started of good, with a 19% uptick in the demo and steady audience from the previous episode. Those figures couldn’t hold, with the second hour dropping 25% in the demo and 22% in the total audience.
