The Raptor and Devon need a pediatric specialist to help them in the OR for a difficult surgery on a newborn child. As with many surgeries, this is a high risk one. However, it’s all the riskier because of the size of the newborn. They need someone skilled in “tiny humans,” as Arizona Robbins in Grey’s Anatomy would call them.

There’s a huge problem. When the doc arrives, she’s not fit for surgery. They need to call her out as soon as they realize, but that could put the baby’s life at risk even more.
Meanwhile, Bell and Ezra operate on a Dolly Parton drag queen, who had collapsed on stage. it turns out that this drag queen has a medical issue that wouldn’t have been spotted had it not been for this one problem.
And then there’s Nic and Conrad. As they continue to celebrate their engagement, they need to deal with a patient who may be the victim of a sex trafficking ring. Can they help protect the girl or have they got it all wrong?
