When is The Walking Dead Season 10 finale airing?
The Walking Dead is on hiatus, and the survivors are trapped in a hospital by Beta’s Whisperers. When will the Season 10 finale air and decide their fate?
Well, April 12th has come and gone, and the season finale of The Walking Dead did not air. Shocker. The Rona is affecting everyone, and production is absolutely stopped for cast and crew. Which means the season finale will wait for an indefinite period.
Determining when it will air is questionable. First, let’s get to the announcement.

So what does that mean? “Later this year” is kind of vague.
October is typically a time for new episodes, and AMC will likely have a ton of fresh content during that time frame. Additionally, it’s not like season 11 is going to speed up production any time soon. What that means is anyone’s guess, but the best bet is some time around October a special night will be set aside for antsy The Walking Dead fans.
Delayed, but still delivering good news
Despite the bad news of a delay, and the crazy impacts COVID-19 is having on everyone worldwide, there is some light at the end of The Walking Dead tunnel. When the Season 10 finale does finally air, Maggie is going to be back!

Of course, Maggie’s return will undoubtedly be perfectly timed to aid the cavalier survivors held up in an abandoned hospital.

Gabriel is in the middle of explaining to the children why the fifth part of the Alexandria, Kingdom, Oceanside, Hilltop group will be the others who are being ignored in the equation, and Executive Producer Denise Huth says, “We don’t necessarily know what that plan is.” Let’s hope it’s better than their stupid Hilltop plan.
As if postponing The Walking Dead weren’t enough, the entire franchise is being hard hit. The Walking Dead: Beyond World will also suffer the uncertain start of “later this year.” In addition, Fear the Walking Dead was mid-stream in production, and is similarly delayed.
