Never Have I Ever Season 2: 5 major questions the series needs to answer

1. Are Devi and Ben an item?
One of the lasting memories from the Season 1 ending was Devi kissing her supposed “enemy” Ben Gross (Jaren Lewison), who she thought was gross. This happened because he drove her to the coast so she could reunite with her mother and Kamala, who were pouring Devi’s dad’s ashes in the ocean.

Ben ended up waiting for Devi, and the rest was history. Honestly, though, many of us could see this coming from a mile away. This could spell some interesting scenarios for Season 2 in terms of labels. Do Devi and Ben like each other? Was the kiss a one-time thing? Who will find out? Will they try to build a relationship? Things will certainly get complicated because Devi spent most of Season 1 trying to be with jock Paxton (Darren Barnet).
2. What will happen with Paxton and Devi?
Speaking of Paxton and Devi, the hunky swimmer was the primary love interest for her during much of the season. Now after kissing Ben, Devi might realistically get caught up in a love triangle, especially considering Paxton went to her house to check in while she was at the coast.
This signifies he may want to repair things after the two encountered a bit of a rough patch at the end of the season. But could he also be trying to tell her that he wants to be exclusive? Devi has a major decision to make in terms of potentially choosing between Paxton and not-so-gross Ben.
