Supernatural’s Lisa Berry in Bad Blood Season 2

Lisa Berry captured our hearts as Billie in Supernatural. When she’s not played Death, she’s taken on a role in Bad Blood Season 2.

It may or may not surprise you to learn that a number of the Supernatural cast are Canadians. That’s the case with Lisa Berry, who captured our hearts as Billie and has now taken on the more prominent role of Death. It’s no surprise that she’s taken on new roles in other shows since appearing on the CW series. The latest is the Canadian crime mini-series, Bad Blood.

This is a project Berry has been working for a while on, by the sounds of her tweet. However, she wasn’t allowed to say anything. Earlier this month, she dropped the note that she was coming to Bad Blood Season 2, but doesn’t say the number of episodes she’s going to be in. Her IMDb gives absolutely nothing away, as it’s not been added to the list of productions she’s in yet.

What we do know is there will be eight episodes in the season and they will premiere in fall 2018. The series is filmed in both Montreal, Quebec and Sudbury, Ontario, and tells a dramatization of the Rizzuto crime family, a mafia organization based in Montreal. Think of it as a Canadian version of Peaky Blinders, but with a few more connections to the truth and not set post-World War I (it’s set modern day).

So far, we also know nothing about the character Berry will play. However, this shouldn’t mean she can’t be involved in Supernatural Season 14. It sounds like her filming is finished or close to being finished, so she’ll be able to pop across to Vancouver when The CW shows start filming again.
