Lucifer only has one week left to be saved

Come this time next week, if Lucifer has not been saved. #SaveLucifer has failed and the show will not return to screen.
Ever since FOX officially canceled Lucifer, fans have been working around the clock to #SaveLucifer #PickupLucifer. However, according to one of the shows regular stars, come this time next week, if the show has not been saved, the campaign will have failed.
Lauren Germain, who plays Detective Chloe Decker (“The Detective”), is attending Oz Comic-Con. While appearing at the event, alongside Lesley-Ann Brandt, better known as Mazikeen, in Melbourne, Australia, she discussed the #SaveLucifer campaign.

While expressing how much the campaign meant to her, she also revealed how time is running out, fast. Germain explained that June 16 is the due-date to save Lucifer, after which the actors are no longer under contract.
This date of June 16 refers to their contractual obligation of not being able to attend auditions. Once June 16 has passed they are all free to do as they please. Therefore, if networks allow that day to pass, it pretty much sends a clear message; Lucifer is not being picked up so start looking for work.

"There’s a chance that a streaming network might pick us up and that would have to happen by June 16th."
News like this will not be what Lucifer fans will want to hear but this was always a possibility. As time has gone on, and networks have passed on the opportunity to save the series, the chance of anyone coming in has become more unlikely.
Hopefully, someone, somewhere, will save the day in the final hours and we will all be laughing about this next week. Either way, come June 16, we will ultimately know the fate of Lucifer.
