Fantastic Beasts 2 wins the box office: Which movies made the top 10?

What movie did you check out this past weekend? The Box Office numbers are in! Here are the top 10 movies in theaters…

The highly anticipated Harry Potter Universe film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has arrived in theaters. And despite many other options playing at the movies, audiences were all about the wizarding world this weekend.

The Crimes of Grindelwald collected $62.2 domestically and $191 million internationally, for a grand estimated total of over $253 million! Even though Rotten Tomatoes didn’t give the best score to the second chapter of the trilogy, Fantastic Beasts didn’t have any issue gathering a nice sum.

However, the first installment did collect a lot more in its opening weekend. Still, it’s a victory for the franchise. Did you check out the movie in theaters? What did you think of Fantastic Beasts 2?

In second, you’ll find Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch. It was expected to see the Grinch in the top three. It’s all about the Christmas spirit at the moment.

A movie that continues to rock the  box office is Bohemian Rhapsody. The Freddie Mercury biopic gathered another $15.7 million this weekend and now has a worldwide total of $384.3 million.

Instant Family and Widows can be found at number 4 and number 5, respectively.

The heartwarming family comedy, Instant Family, will likely accumulate more as the week continues thanks to Thanksgiving break. If we had one movie to recommend you watch, it’s definitely this one!
