On the 14th Day of Sam-mas, SPN Hunters is looking into the times that Sam had us in complete stitches on Supernatural.

Supernatural might be all about hunting the monsters that go bump in the night but there are plenty of moments that make us laugh out loud. Usually, it comes from Cas and his never-ending quest in understanding how mobile phones work, but Sam his moments as well.

Which is what we will look at in today’s 25 Says of Sam-mas. It’s Day 14 in our countdown and we will be focusing purely on the times that Sam had us in stitches on Supernatural.

More from Supernatural

Now Sam is not normally the funniest person in the Scooby Gang. Sam is normally the most level-headed, always looking out for everybody else and being the go-to guy when it comes to research and knowledge. A regular bookworm, resulting in fewer hilarious moments.

Which is why when we get one, it’s brilliant. They are so few and far between. When we get one, it is quite simply epic. So let’s dive in and take a look at the times that Sam had us in stitches.

“I lost my shoe”

We will kick things off with the most iconic moment in Supernatural history. The “I lost my shoe” moment. A hilarious moment that will never get old.

Taking place in Season 3, Episode 3, titled “Bad Day at Black Rock,” it was not a good day for Sam when he picked up the cursed rabbit’s foot. He was doing okay until he lost it, which then saw a wave of bad luck follow him. This led to Sam losing his shoe and looking like a sulky child when he did.

“I’ve got genital herpes”

Moving over to one of the most popular episodes of Supernatural now and the time Sam announced to the world; “I’ve got genital herpes.”

Occurring in  Season 5, Episode 8, titled “Changing Channels,” the Trickster, a.k.a pre-Gabriel, sent Sam and Dean into TV land so they could learn an important lesson. To play their role. This involved them undertaking bizarre and hilarious tests, including Sam announcing to the world; “I’ve got genital herpes.”

“If there is a key…”

Up next we have the statement of the year from Sam. “If there’s a key, then there has to be a lock.” I don’t know about you but I didn’t know this valuable piece of information before today. I did not know that a key went into a lock.

Sent into the world where Sam and Dean play themselves in a TV show by Balthazar, Season 6, Episode 15, titled “French Mistake.” Sam was the clear winner in this episode with his terribly bad acting.

It was a very informative episode though. Who knew that “If there’s a key, then there has to be a lock.”

Sam in the elevator with a clown

Not an episode for those of you with a phobia of clowns, and not a moment Sam will ever want to remember himself. But for us on the outside, it was a hilarious moment.

Taking place in Supernatural Season 11, Episode 7, titled “Plush,” Sam being trapped in an elevator with a clown was hilarious to see. You could see him trying his hardest not to scream, trying to be the big brave hunter that he usually is.

“Bla bla bla bla”

Last up is Sam being all “bla bla bla bla.”

In Season 2, Episode 15, titled “Tall Tales,” Sam decided to go all” bla bla bla bla” on Dean. Or at least that is how Dean so thinks. Both of them were being played against each other by the Trickster, which was the first time Richard Speight Jr. came into the series.

Both Sam and Dean were explaining to Bobby the events that had occurred during their investigation. Each one of them different. Dean’s recollection of what occurred was Sam speaking gibberish to him, a.k.a “bla bla bla bla.”
