Who is the Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11 title connected to?

The Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11 title is definitely telling. Who could ‘Damaged Goods’ refer to? It’s time to delve into the options.

When I heard that the Supernatural Season 14, Episode 11 title would be “Damaged Goods,” my mind immediately went to Dean. The term “damaged goods” is often used to refer to items that have been, well, damaged. People who have suffered abuse or have a dark past can refer to themselves as damaged goods.

This is why I jumped to Dean. He could come off the back of being possessed by Michael and feel like he’s been used and abused. It would be understandable if he felt like he was damaged goods, unworthy of being around anyone.

Yet, there’s now another one person to consider. What about Garth?

In the Season 14 midseason finale, we watched Garth take Michael’s Level Up Potion (yeah, I view it a little like a video game. I’m a nerd). He was then used by Michael to fight off the Winchesters, possibly with Michael intending that Garth would have to be sacrificed in the process.

Sam didn’t end up killing Garth but did put him in a sleeper hold. When Garth wakes, he’ll possibly feel used by Michael. After all, he had no control over changing and attacking his friend. Garth is too sweet and loyal to even consider that this could be Sam’s fault — and it’s definitely not Sam’s fault, as Garth is a grown man and could have said no to trying to infiltrate Michael’s army. But he will struggle with what Michael has done to him.

There’s also the chance that Sam will need to kill Garth. We have no idea what this Level Up Potion did to Garth or what could happen if Michael is killed. We may find that there’s no option but to say a permanent goodbye to our friend. That better not be the case, but I’m getting myself ready just in case.

There’s still an episode to go before Episode 11. The midseason premiere is Episode 10 and airs next Thursday, so that could also help to answer questions.
