How many episodes are in Supernatural Season 15?
Supernatural Season 15 is the last and many hope that there will be a full season of 23 episodes. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Just how many episodes will be in Supernatural Season 15?
It was a sad day learning that Supernatural Season 15 would be the last. As much as we love the guys and support their need to be with their families, it’s a sad time for the fandom as we say goodbye to a show we love. But how long will it be before we’re saying goodbye? How many episodes are in Supernatural Season 15?
I know there is a lot of hope that there will be a full season of 23 episodes. After all, it’s the last season, so why not put the extra month or two of filming for one final year? Well, that’s not happening. The season will be the same length as Season 14, which means there will be 20 episodes, according to Entertainment Weekly.

This will take the series to 327 episodes in total. It remains the longest-running sci-fi/fantasy series in American (Doctor Who holds the title for the world) and is The CW’s longest-running series, predating the network itself. In fact, a cool fact is that Supernatural has been on the air at the same time as both versions of Charmed.
By knowing the number of episodes, we can get an idea of when the series finale will air. We’ll likely say goodbye to the Winchester brothers around this time next year. Since Season 14’s finale airs on Apr. 25, we will likely see the series finale sometime in the last week of April 2020. Assuming the show keeps its Thursday night slot, we can pencil Apr. 23, 2020 into our diaries for now.
It’s sad that we won’t get a full season. However, at least we get more episodes than Arrow, which will also end with its next season and is only getting 10 episodes!
