Supernatural Season 15 will see a familiar face from 11 years ago

There are plenty of returning faces in Supernatural Season 15. One of those is from 11 years ago. That means Season 4, right?

TVLine has a tease for us. Someone we haven’t seen in the show in 11 years is coming back to Supernatural Season 15. Now the big question is who it will be.

Andrew Dabb was the one to share that we’d see someone from 11 years ago. For once, he hasn’t given us the full details of who will return. This leaves plenty of speculation. All that is confirmed is that the tease didn’t mean Adam, who we already know is returning to the show for the final season.

If the character hasn’t been around for 11 years, that means we’re looking at a character from sometime in 2008. This could mean any time from the end of Season 3 to the middle of Season 4. I know a lot of people are looking more towards Season 4, but let’s take a look at Season 3 first.

Is it possible that Bela is going to return? With the spirits of Hell being released, it makes sense that Bela could be one of those back on Earth. Lauren Cohan is going back to The Walking Dead but for Season 11. That means there would be time to film some episodes (even just one) with her.

Moving onto Season 4, there is a chance that we could see Ruby return. Jared Padalecki had previously said that he’d like his wife to come back to the show, and considering Billie is in the Empty needing something from Jack, it is possible that Ruby could be woken up, too.

But what about Victor Henriksen? He was last seen at the start of Season 4 as a spirit. Breaking a seal, he was brought back to enact revenge against the Winchesters for his death and he could be one of the spirits back from Hell if that’s where he found himself thanks to Lilith’s actions.

Those are the three main characters that stand out from 2008 episodes for me. However, there are plenty of one-off characters that could be brought back for various reasons to help or hinder the Winchesters.
