The Resident Season 3 fall finale certainly didn’t disappoint. We’re left with a multitude of questions and fears for our favorite doctors and nurses at Chastain. Of course, it all gets worse before it gets better, but when will it get the chance to get better? When is The Resident Season 3 back in 2020?
We’re not waiting too long, especially compared to some TV shows. After the ending to the shocking episode, FOX released a trailer for The Resident Season 3, Episode 11, and it gave us the return date.

Three weeks. That’s all we’re waiting for new episodes. That means the series is back on Jan. 7, 2020.
Hopefully, we’ll get plenty of answers to our questions. One thing that is happening, which I thought would, is that Conrad will turn to his dad. Okay, not out of choice, but his dad was ready for Conrad to get fired at some point. Not only is Conrad a rule-breaker, but he’s not afraid to go up against some powerful people.

Cain is now in charge of Chastain and it’s going to be the worst thing ever for the patients. It’s one thing a patient asking for life-saving measures at all costs. However, Cain is putting patients on life support purely to pad out his stats and make more money for Red Rock. He has no care for the patients at all and is abhorrent. Hopefully, with Conrad out of the firing line, he can work from the outside to take Red Rock down for good.
