Why it’s in danger: Hear us out! We are aware Stranger Things is not only one of Netflix’s biggest shows, but also one of the most popular TV series in general. Unfortunately, that doesn’t secure it infinite seasons — especially at Netflix! The streaming giant is infamous for cancelling shows after two or three seasons.
Stranger Things has already secured a fourth installment, will it be the last? My guess is, yes. Don’t get me wrong! I wish we could have even more seasons, but that’s all up to Netflix.
Chances of renewal: 50/50
24. Mr. Iglesias
Why it’s in danger: Even though fans are happy that Mr. Iglesias has been renewed for a second season, we are all fearing its cancellation come 20202. The comedy securing a third season announcement in 2020 all depends on how many people watch season 2. Will you be watching?
Chances of renewal: 50/50
23. Narcos: Mexico
Why it’s in danger: One of the shows Netflix subscribers are most looking forward to in early 2020 is Narcos. The crime drama has secured a spot as one of the best shows Netflix has delivered, well, its first two seasons. After Narcos wrapped up Pablo Escobar’s story, it hasn’t been the same. No, I don’t mean it’s been bad, just not as captivating. It’s a fun watch, that’s for sure, but the same amount of fans and viewers simply aren’t invested.
Two seasons is all it took to close Escobar’s hunt, will season two of Narcos: Mexico also close its own? After Narcos: Mexico season 2, will there be more?
Chances of renewal: 50/50
