What do you think the Supernatural Season 14 quote board symbol should be?

Jason Fischer has a question for Supernatural fans: what should the symbol be on the quote board for Supernatural Season 14? Many have shared their ideas.

Each year, the quote/update board gets updated. This is an important part of the SPN Family: keeping the cast and crew motivated and letting fans know where Supernatural is with filming. Jason Fischer, who shares photos each day of the quote board, has an important question for Supernatural Season 14 now that production prep has started: what should the board’s symbol be?

This remains the same throughout the season, usually connecting to something within the season. Last season was a pentagram with sigils, linking to the use of Lucifer, Jack, and the Apocalypse World. The 12th season was the Impala, possibly as a way to link to the importance of Baby to Sam, Dean, and Mary Winchester, who was brought back from the dead in the Season 11 finale.

Season 14 needs to link to the Michael!Dean storyline in some way, as that’s the initial threat. However, it could also link to Heaven’s storyline if that becomes a secondary story to focus on.

Fans already have their ideas for a symbol for the season. Many fans are currently voting for wings to be included since it will link to that epic moment Dean showed off the wings after letting Michael in during the Supernatural Season 13 finale. This would also link to the fact that Michael is now in control and the most important storyline of the season for Sam, Castiel, and Jack.

Another popular symbol is the use of Sam and Dean’s initials, which will be a throwback to Supernatural Season 5, in the way that Dean being taken over by Michael is. The initials helped to bring Sam back after saying yes to Lucifer, so could be linked to how Dean will be brought back.

For solidarity for the Wayward Sisters fans, some have asked for the Wayward symbol to be used instead. Others have suggested the anti-possession symbol with wings connected, while others wonder if the Men of Letters symbol would be a good option.
