4 guest stars you forgot were in Supernatural Season 3
You’ll likely remember the characters, but do you remember the actors? Here are some of the guest faces you forgot about in Supernatural Season 3.
Over time, you start to forget about the faces you’ve seen in the series. This is often the case with the smaller parts and there were plenty of them in Supernatural Season 3.
The weird thing is about these forgotten guest stars is that you end up watching them in other shows. It’s only when you start rewatching after seeing them in something that you realize the faces match.
That’s definitely the case with these forgotten guest stars. Their characters are memorable, the actors are memorable in other roles, but you’re still able to blank on the two together.
Here are four guest stars you forgot were in Supernatural Season 3.
1. Ben Cotton

Ben Cotton played Pride in the premiere (and he would later return in “Don’t You Forget About Me”). As a demon, it’s not surprising that he got a fairly small part. In fact, he only had a couple of lines with other Deadly Sins taking up a little more screentime. He was also killed off with the use of Ruby’s knife.
However, Ben is one of those actors who has done a number of different roles and worked with Supernatural stars on other projects, as well as landing a number of other roles. He was in Harper’s Island with Katie Cassidy and Jim Beaver and played two different characters in Psyche. You’ll also see him in a number of CW shows, such as The 100, iZombie, and Arrow.

2. Kathleen Munroe
This is another case of forgetting that the actress took on the role. Kathleen Munroe played Katie’s mom in Supernatural Season 3, Episode 2 and would later return for “Citizen Fang.” It can be surprising that you forget about this actress until you rewatch, as she is so prolific.
You’ll have seen Kathleen in a number of bigger roles over the years, including Haven, CSI: New York, Resurrection, and Patriot.
3. Erin Cahill
Okay, so I admit that I didn’t miss or forget this guest star but that’s only for one reason. Power Rangers Time Force was one of my guilty pleasures. And I love the Pink Ranger in various versions of the series. However, Erin Cahill is one of those guest stars who many people forget unintentionally otherwise.
She appeared in Supernatural Season 3, Episode 9, but didn’t make it to the end alive. Elizabeth didn’t seem to be a character that really wanted to do a lot of evil and she hadn’t realized she’d sold her soul. Oh dear!
Before and after the series, Erin has done a lot of guest roles. She’s returned to the Power Rangers franchise recently, reprising her role as the Pink Time Force Ranger.
4. Aimee Garcia
I know when I see the name, I instantly think of Lucifer. Quite fitting for Supernatural, right? Plus, she’s the second series regular on Lucifer to make it to the Supernatural stars you forgot! Tricia Helfer was in the Season 2 list.
Aimee Garcia does currently play Ella in the L.A.-set show, but she was in an episode with the Winchesters first. Can you guess which Supernatural Season 3 episode it is without looking?
Kudos for those who shouted “Jus in Bello.” This is another case of remembering the character but just not putting the face to her in your memories. She was Nancy, the secretary who had a rosary that Sam stole and was still a virgin.
Isn’t it funny how you can sometimes not put the right faces to the characters in your mind? Are these surprising Supernatural Season 3 guest stars that many people forget? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
