It’s the Big Three’s birthday, and Mandy Moore held a banana muffin challenge with the youngest Pearsons on the set of This Is Us.

Breaking news: Mandy Moore has officially won birthdays. We suspected she was the winner of birthdays when she sent TV-husband Milo Ventimiglia the sweetest message this summer. We even thought Moore won birthdays when she went all out for TV-daughter Mackenzie Hancsicsak’s birthday. But her latest celebration takes the cake.

In case you haven’t heard, today (August 31) is the big day — it’s the day the Big Three were born on This Is Us. Of course, the cast and crew couldn’t let the day pass without being the absolute most adorable group of people to ever gather and create a television series. As you’ll remember from the pilot episode of This Is Us, Rebecca prepares Jack a single cupcake for his 36th birthday. It’s not until later that we learn her birthday treat is actually a store-bought banana muffin topped with the cream center of a Twinkie. And that’s what the Big Three made on set. Leave it to Mandy Moore to plan not only the best callback but the best birthday celebration.

To ring in the Big Three’s birthday, Mandy Moore gathered the youngest Pearsons — Mackenzie Hancsicsak, Lonnie Chavis, and Parker Bates — for some on-set, Chopped-esque competition. With one minute on the clock, the kids must ice their cupcakes the help of some Twinkies, and add rainbow sprinkles and a candle to make their creation look just like Mama Pearson’s. Naturally, everyone wins, including the fans because this is too cute.
