After almost 40 years in the business, Tom Cruise is still one of the biggest names in Hollywood.
While a lot has been said about Tom Cruise as a co-star and family man (as well as his Scientology roots), there’s no denying Cruise is a great actor. When he’s involved in a movie, it’s a guaranteed box office champion.
The actor quickly made a name for himself as one of the biggest and best action stars, tackling (literally and figuratively) any role thrown his way. Cruise amazed many in his early films, which include Risky Business, Top Gun, and Cocktail. The Mission: Impossible franchise is also widely popular, and incredibly beneficial at the box office, thanks to the actor.
Much like the characters Tom Cruise portrays on screen, the actor is showing no signs of slowing down. We will soon see Cruise in theaters again in another installment of Mission: Impossible, this one titled Fallout. The actor will once again reprise his role as Ethan in the spy drama. He also recently starred in The Mummy, though you won’t find that movie in our top 15. After Fallout, Cruise is set to star in Top Gun: Maverick and Luna Park.
