Can you believe it’s been 15 years since One Tree Hill graced our screens for the first time? Here’s my ranking of the seasons from worst to best.

Sept. 23 marked the 15th anniversary of One Tree Hill. A show I was a season late into (thanks to British TV), it quickly became one of my favorites. I grabbed all the DVDs and binged them long before binge-watching was a big thing.

There was a point where I stopped watching for a bit (and I’m sure you can all guess when) but I pulled myself back in when the show came to an end to see those final moments play out. And what an ending that was!

One Tree Hill was one of those shows that held a lot of magic. The character storylines made you feel for them, whether they were happy, sad, excited, shocked, or hanging on after death. There are always going to be specific storylines that stand out (such as the school shooting, Haley being run over, and Brooke deal with the aftermath of her attack) and certain characters will always connect to us more than others.

I was always a huge Brucas and Naley fan. Those two I wanted to be endgame. Alas, it never happened for Brooke and Lucas, but she did end up finding Julian and found happiness with her twins. And who didn’t adore James Lucas Scott?

As it’s the 15th anniversary, it’s time to look back at One Tree Hill and rank the seasons. There are now terrible seasons, but some just don’t stand up against the others.
